Return and Refund Policy

At Maryto Collections, we want you to love your jewelry. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within our specified timeframes. Please contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your item to initiate a return. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of your contact and must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

We offer reliable shipping both domestically and internationally. Shipping rates vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout. For domestic orders, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, while international orders may take 10–15 business days, depending on the destination. All orders come with tracking information, which will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped. While we strive to meet all delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.

Warranty Policy

We take pride in the quality of our jewelry and offer a 4-month warranty on all purchases. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not apply to damage caused by improper care, exposure to chemicals, or general wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order details and photos of the defect, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Care Instructions

To ensure your jewelry lasts for years to come, please follow our care instructions. For stainless steel and gold-plated items, avoid contact with water, harsh chemicals, and perfumes. Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising. Store it in a dry, cool place, ideally in a soft pouch or a lined jewelry box, to avoid scratching. Gently clean your pieces with a soft, lint-free cloth to maintain their shine.

Custom Orders and Special Requests Policy

We are happy to accommodate custom jewelry orders upon request. For custom orders, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price is required at the time of purchase. Please note that custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect. Custom orders may require additional production time, and we will provide an estimated delivery date once the order is confirmed.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. Exchanges are subject to availability, and items must be returned in their original condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and send out your new piece. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
